By Adjornment on Saturday the Eighth day of December

[..] fraud and Misdemeanour is fined for the sd. Offence 1s
which is ordered to be Estreated And he is to be Delivered out
of his Maties Goal of Newgate and he is Comitted to the
House of Correccon at Clerkenwell in this County there to be
kept to hard labour for one year and he is ordered to find
Sufficient Sureties by Recognizance before three Justices of the
peace for this County (to wit) The Chairman of the Session for
the time being Richard Newton< no role > Esqr . and Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr.
or any one of them for the good behaviour of him the sd
George Hart< no role > for the term of One Year to comence from the
Expiracon of the sd. One year in the House of Correccon aforsd.
To Remain till he undergoe the sd. Punishment and find

who hath pleaded Guilty to an Indictment agt. him for
Defrauding one William Wilson< no role > Clerk is fined for the said Offence
1s. which is ordered to be Estreated And he is to be Delivered out of
Newgate aforsaid And he is Comitted to the House of Correccons
at Clerkenwell in this County there to be kept to hard labour For
Two Months And also the sd. John Abercrombye< no role > hath pleaded
Guilty to another Indictment him for Defrauding one Charles
Tough< no role > and he is Fined upon the sd. last Indictment One Shilling
which is ordered to be Estreated To Reman till he undergoe the
sd. punishment then to be Delivered paying his Fees.
