Whereas there are severall Coman foot ways across & over
a Certain Square or place called Lincolns Inn Fields
in the
parish of St. Giles in the fields
in this County for all his
Majesties Subjects to pass Trespass on them Occasions require
[..] Square or place called Lincolns Inn
feilds hath
been
[..] in with Basts and Barles but the said Posh &
Barles having been of late
[..] and not kept in one
[..] being Obliged as far as we know by
Law to repair them many disorderly persons have taken
[..] thereof
[..] Continually Riding on

to the Great
[..] of the Majestis Subjects
passing that ways have the gently by riding with too great
[..] fire Volume thrown own twist & burnsed Severall
of them into S

And many other lanes be disorderly

also Daylye Continually Sveraing Cursing playing at
unlawfully Games & otherwise Miabrdering themselves to
there
[..] and to the Great Annoyance

[..] the Inhabitants Etc passengers wee the Grant
[..] y to the County of Middlesex
Doe therefore present the
