At the General Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord
the king holden for the County of Middx at Hicks hall in St.
John Street in the County aforesaidby adjournmenton Monday
the third day of December in the Seventh yeare of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of
Great Britain France and Ireland Defender of the Faith

It is Ordered by the Court that the within named Samuel Price< no role >
have notice of this Peticon and that he and all parties concerned
do attend this Court on Saturday next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon to hear & able the [..] Judgment and determination
of this Curt touching the matters contained in the said
