of the worship full Bench of Justices Assembled at
Hicks hall in St. John Street in the County of
Middx to be held there by Adjournment for the
County Aforesaid

The humble petition of Giles King< no role >

That your Petr. on the 28th. day of April in the year
of our Lord 1729 became bound as an Apprentice by An
Indenture unto Samuel Price< no role > of the Parish of St.
Martins in the Feilds in the County of Middlesex
Carpenter for the Term of Seven yeare And whereas
by the said Indenture your Petrs. Master was to find
and provid your Petr. with wearing Apparrel meet
Drink washing and Lodging During the of said term of
Seven years and at the End and Expiration thereof
to give a Suit of new Cloath unto your Petr. as by
the said Indenture now Ready to be produced to your
Worships will more fully Appear

And that whereas your Petrs. said Master about three month
agoe went a way from his Sd shop and left your Petr. improvided
for And his wife since lett the Shop and Left your Petr. Destitute of
All manner of Provisions and newsarys

Your Petioner therefore most humbly prays
your worshipsl that he may be discharged from
his Said Master

And your Petr. as in Duty bound shall
Ever pray Etc
