Take Notice that the Defts Ford intends to move the Court
of Quarter Sessions held at Hicks's Hall in St Johns Street in and
for the County of Middx tomorrow or so Soon after as Councell
can be hears That the tryall of this Cause may be put off
untill the next Sessions of the Peace held for the sd County by
reason that Mr Abraham Jordan< no role > of Budge Row in the City of
London Organist a material Witness for the said Deft. being
at Yarmunth in this County of Nor folk cannot be produced at
the Tryall of this Cause dureing this present Sessions this being
the fourth Day of December 1733.
