At the General Session of the peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at
Hicks hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by
adjornment on Wednesday the tenth day of October
in the Seventh yeare of the reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that a [..]
stay of Proceedings be granted upon an
Indictment proferred & found [..] in August Sessions
last against Jane< no role > the wife of William Dry< no role > esdell
for making an assault upon Dorothy< no role > the wife of
John Morris< no role > being big with a quick child by
reason whereof She brought forth the sd. child
dead as in the said Indictment is alledgedbeunless the said Dorothy Morris< no role > shall
onanThursday the eleventh day of October in Start
at eleven of the clock in the forenoon shew unto this
Court good cause to the contrary, It being
alledged that the said Jane Dryesdell< no role > was at
this present sessions tryed & acquittedat this
pre
upon another Indictment against her for the
same fact, And notice ofthe said Order is fort
this Order is forthwith to be given to the said
Dorothy Morris< no role > ,
