The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the Barrs
in the said County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That Katherine Leach< no role > Spinster was by Order of
Pass Warrant dated the Twenty seventh day of
September last past under the hands and Seals of
John Priestley< no role > and Henry Dodson< no role > Esquires two of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the
Quorum) removed and Conveyed from the Parish of
Saint John of Wapping in the same County to the
said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the
Barrs as the Place of her last Legall Settlement

Your Petitioners humbly Conceive
themselves aggrieved thereby and Appeal
from the Judgment of the said two
Justices to the Judgement of this
Honourable Court And desire a Day of
Hearing may be appointed this present
Sessions And that all persons Concerned
may be Ordered to Attend to hear and about
the Judgment and Determination of
this Court touching the said Appeal

And Your Petitioners shall
ever pray and so forth
