in the County
aforesaid, by adjornment on Monday the eighth
day of October in the Seventh yeare of the reign of
our Sovereign Lord George the second King of
Great Britain France & Ireland Defender of the
Faith before

assigned to keep the peace in the County aforesaid
and also to heare & determin divers felonys trespasses
& other evildeeds committed in the same County,
Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the parish of St. Ann within Aldersgate
London have
exhibited their humble petition & appeale unto this
Court setting forth that by vertue of an Order or Pass
Warrant under the hands & seales of Nathaniel

Esqrs. two of his Maties justices of
the peace
for the County of Middx (one whereof being
of the Quorum) bearing date the fourteenth day of
July last

his wife & their
daughter named Mary Jannie< no role >
aged about five yeares
were removed from the parish of St. Andrew Holborne
above the Barrs
in the said County of Middx to the Sd.
parish of Saint Ann within Aldersgate
London as the
place of their last legal settlement, By which Order of
the said two Justices the Petrs. conceive themselves to be
aggrieved and humbly appeale to this Court against
the same, Whereupon at the request of the Petrs. It is
Ordered by this Court that the benefit of the sd. Appeale be saved
unto them, And that the hearing & determining
thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned untill
the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden
for the said County of Middx, And that the Churchwarden
