in order to take & bring the sd Avery to Justices
but hath not been able be to dae And the other

maketh Oath that he
hath been at sevll places where he this Depont
was informed the said Avery was in order
to take him but could not And these Deponts

lately received intelligence that the sd
Avery is at work at St Albans
in the
County of Hertford & that the gare in hopes
of taking him between this & the next
Quarter Sessions.
