By adjornment on Thursday the tenth
day of May 1733

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Attorney
at Law be directed and employed and, he is hereby directed
to prosecute Moses Peters< no role > Upon an Indictment preferred
and sound against him at the sessions of oyer and Terminer [..] for the County in January Sessions last for
for a misdemeanor and estertion which the said
moses Peters having declined, the Justices of the Court of
the Sessions

Whereas an Indictment was preferred and found at
the Sessions of Oyer and Terminer holden for this County
in January last against Moses Peters< no role > (who was Clerk
to Clifford William Phillipps< no role > Esqr . one of his Maties
Justices of the Peace of this County, for a misdemeanor
and extortion, since which the said Moses Peters< no role >
obtained and brought his Maties writt of Certiorari
retornable in Easter Terme now last past for
removeing the said Indictment into his Maties Court
of King Bench, It is Ordered by this Court that Mr John
Higgs
< no role > Attorney at Law be directed and employed And
he is hereby directed to prosecute the said Mo [..]
in the said Court of Kings Bench upon the said
Indictment, Untill a trial be had there upon, and Ind [..]
be obtained against him (if found gu [..] tly, [..] that the [..]
by Jury Or that [..]

by Jury or convicted by his own cous [..] ions [..]
