[..] shall think fitt when Delivered to pay 2s

John Lawrence< no role > who stands Indicted for Felony is to Remain in New Prison
aforesaid untill some Convenient time before the next
Session of gaol Delivery to be holden at the old Bailey for
this County and then to be removed unto his majesties Goal
of Newgate in order that he may take his Teyall upon
the said Indictment at the said Session

Thomas Bunker< no role > is referred to James Brain< no role > Esqr to continue Bail or
Discharge as he shall think fitt when Delivered to pay 2s

William Jones< no role > stands Indictedhath pleaded Guilty to an Indictment
against him for a misdemeanour is fined for the said & Hence
Thirteen shillings and four pence and he is ordered to Remain in
New Prison aforesaid for One Mouth and untill he pay the said
Fine then to be Delivered paying his Fees 4s:8d.




Edward Tuder< no role > is referred to Richard Richards< no role > Esqr . to continue Bail or
Discharge as he shall think fitt when Delivered to pay 2s

Thomas Johnson< no role > who hath confessed to an Indictment agt. him for an assault
upon Elizabeth< no role > the wife of John Steward< no role > is Fined for the said
[..] 1s: and who also confessed to Indictment against him [..] for assaulting
Anne < no role > his wife and he is Fined for the said last offence 3s. 4d
Do Remain till he pay the said fined then to be Delivered
paying his Good 9s. 4d.
