of the Poor of the Parish of St James within the Libty of Westmr.
in the County of Middx do hereby Consent that the Recognizance
wherein One James Porter< no role > was bound over to Appear at the present General
Sessions of the Peace to be held for the said County of Middx To Answer the
Complaint of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the sd. Parish
of Sr James for Refuseing to Perform an Order dated the 24th. of November
last under the hands of John Ellis< no role > & Miles Harper< no role > Esqrs: two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the sd. County of Middx made Concerning
Female Bastard Child born on the body of Mary Trumball< no role > Single woman
On the 4th. of July last in the sd. Parish of St. James may be Discharged
(Hee the said James Porter having given Security to Indemnifie the sd.
Parish of St. James Dated this 24th. of February 1732.
