Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St. Mildred in the Poultry in
the City of London have exhibited their humble
peticon & appeale Unto this Court settingforth
that by vertue of an Order or Pass warrant Under
the hands & seales of Anthony Chamberlain< no role > &
Alexander Garrett< no role > Esqrs. two of his Maties Justices
of the peace for the County of Middx (Quorum unus)
bearing date the thirteenth day of October last past
Jane Bellamy< no role > the wife of George Bellamy< no role > with
Elizabeth Bellamy< no role > her child aged about six years
were removed from the parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch
in the said County of Middx Unto the said parish of St.
Mildred in the Poultry in the City of London alledging
the said parish of St. Mildred to be the place of their last
legal settlement, And that the Petrs. conceiving
themselves aggreived by the said Warrant or Order
of the said two Justices doe therefore appeale to this
Court therefrom, Whereupon at the request of the
Petrs. It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit of the
said appeale be saved Unto them, And that the
hearing & determining thereof be and the same is
hereby adjourned untill the next General Quarter
Sessions of the peace to be holden for the said County
of Middx And that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch
