discover and acertain what Subsisting Charitys there are for releife
of ye sd. Prisoners & to Prevent ye Same From being Concealed & with [..]

Account thereof in some publick place in ye sd. Goal whereto ye sd. Prisoner
may on all occasions have resort And also Setting forth ye it was ye.
Opinion of the Sd referees that this Court Shod. Please to Order Ye Said
Francis Geary< no role > to put Up in the Sd Goal Tables of ye Offers duly Settled
by Law to be taken by him as well from Debtors as Felons or other
Persons committed to his Custody together with a true copy of ye order
of Sessions to be made by which ye Same Shall be directed so to be Put
Up. and also Setting forth that ye sd. Francis Geary< no role > had admitted by his

in ye Same room in the Sd. Goal Felons and Dabtors which Practice
they conceived is contrary to Ye direccon of Ye Statute of Ye 22d. & 23d. of
