Whereas at the Generall Quarter Session held for this City & [..]
Adjournmt. on Saturday yr Sixth day of January Last J: Innes and other
Prisoners for Debt confined in his Majesties Prison of ye Gatehouse with
City of Westmr. under ye Custody of Francis Geary Keeper of ye Sd. Prison
Exhibit their humble Peticon to this Court Setting fouth That ye Sd Fras [..]
Gears and his Agents had been guilty of Extortion and Abuses towards
Prisoners as in the Said Peticon is Set forth and whereas by an Order
Court made at the Same Sessions the Matters contained in the Sd Paties
And also the Mres contained in another Peticon also then Exhibited
this Court in favour of the Sd. Francis Geary< no role > were refused to Sir Thomas

named in the Said order of reference have this day delivered into

examined a great number of Witness upon Oath on the Part of ye Sd
and the other Peticoners and in regard thatit was part of Yr Comper
