place refuse or neglect to pay the same, Now to the
in tent that the said moneys may be levyed and
collected It is Ordered by this Court that the
several [..] high Constables in this CountyDoe
in the next precepts to be by them respectively
issued forth concerning the holding of [..] the next
special Sessions or petty Sessions for the Division
or District for which they respectively serve as
high Constable ) give strict charge to the
several petty Constables of the respective
Parishes, hamlets & paces with in such
Division or Districtthat atbeing soe in
arreare as aforesaid that they forthwith
assess raise levy & collecttheall & every sume &
sumes of money assessed upon such parishes hamlets & placesthem by the
respectively by the aforesaid Rates or Assesments or any of them
and for every yeare, in which the same are in arreare
& un paid, and that they the said petty Constables do respectively give an account [..]
in writing at such special or petty Sessions of what sume & sumes of money they already have [..]
