Middx In their General Quarter Sessions
of the Peace for the said County Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Church wardens and Overseers of
of the Poor of the Parish of St. Botolph
without Aldgate London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middx (Quouum Unus) bearing Date the 17th Day of November
last Mary Drinkwater< no role > Widow of George Drinkwater< no role > and their
child Hannah< no role > aged about two years and three quarters were
removed from the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the
County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate London as the Place of their last legall
Settlement.

Your Petitioners conceiving them selves
aggreived by the Warrant and Judgement
of the said two Justices humbly appeal to this
Court for Relief in the Premisses

And Your Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
