WHEREAS, Complaint hath been made unto Us,
Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex , (quor' unus) by you the Church-
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish ofSt.-
Mary Islington in the said County. That
Jonathan Ackers< no role > and Joyce< no role > his wife are
lately come to inhabit in the said Parish, endeavouring
to settlethemselvesthere contrary to Law: And
that the saidJonathan Ackers< no role > and Joyce his wife
are
nowlikely tobecome chargeable to the said Parish: And
Whereas upon Examination touching the Premises taken
before Us upon Oath, we the said Justices do adjudge,
That the saidJonathan Ackers< no role > and Joyce his wife
are
nowlikely tobecome chargeable to the said Parish: And
do also adjudge, That the Parish ofTottenham High
Cross in theCountyofMiddxis the Place
where the saidJonathan Ackers & Joyce his wife were
last Legally settled.

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name to com-
mand you the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish ofSt. Mary Islington
to remove and convey the saidJonathan Ackers< no role >
and Joyce his wife
from the said Parish ofSt. Mary Islington
to the saidParish of Tottenham High Cross
andthemto deliver to the Church-
wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, who are here-
by required to receive and provide forthemaccording
to Law. Given under our Hands and Seals the17thDay
ofNovemberAnno Dom1732

To the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
Parish ofSt. Mary Islingtonin the County
of Middlesex ; and to the Church-wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of theParish of Tottenham High Cross in
