To the Worshipfull his Majties Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx in Genl Sessions at Hicks Hall assembled

The Humble Petn: & Appeale of the Church wardens and
Over Seers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Sepulchre's
in the County of Middx

Sheweth


That by Virtue of A pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of John Milner< no role > and Robert Hicks< no role > Esqrs Two of his
Majties Justices of the peace for the said County of Middx
(Quor Unus) Bearing Date the Eighteenth Day of November
last past Thomas Ryland< no role > and Ann< no role > his wife was removed from
the parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the said County to the
said parish of St. Sepulchre's since which the said Ann is
Dated & Buried at the Charge of the said Parish of St
Sepulchre 's the said Thomas Ryland still Surviveing by which
said Warrant or Order Yor. Peticoners Conceive them selves to be
Aggreived.

There fore they Humbly Appeale to Your Worships
Against the Adjudgment of the Said Two Justices
And Pray Your Worships will Be pleased to Order that
the Church wardens and Over seers of the poor of
the Said Parish of St. Giles in the Fields and all
persons Concerned Do attend this Court Some day in
this present Session to hear and Abide the
Judgement and Determinacon of this Court touching
the Said Appeal.
