The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St George Hanover Square
in the said County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant on Order under the hands
and Seales of John Milner< no role > and Robert Hucks< no role > Esqr two of His
Majestys Justices of the peace for the said County of Middx
bearing date the twenty Sixth day of October 1732
Constance Hilton< no role > was Removed and Conveyed from and out
of the parish of St Giles's in the Fields in the County of Middx
to the parish of St George Hanover Square in the said County
as the place of her last legall Settlement Whereby the said
parish of St George Hanover Square think themselves
agrieved

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly prays
this Court will Appoint a day for hearing
the said Appeal and that all pson
concern'd may attend at the Same time

And Your petitioners shall Ever pray Etc
