To the Worshipfull his Majties Justices of the
peace in Sessions assembled at Hicks's Hall in St
John street in & for the County of middx

The humble Peticon of Ann Heathwat< no role > now a Prisoner
in New prison for the sd County

Sheweth

That yor. Petr. hath been confined in New prison
aforesd upwards of nine weeks on a pretender assault
on one Ann hott and being this day discharged by you
worshipps for want of any prosecution and your
Peticoner being upwards of 74 years of age & not
able to pay ther fees of this Court nor the fees of
the sd Goal haveing only a pention of gd. P wee [..]
for her maintainance from the Pish of St George in the
East in ye sd County payd

Yor Petr. most humbly Prays yor.
worsps the mennes considered to
order yor Petr. to be discharged
witness paying any fees or to
make such Other order herein as
to yor. Worship Shall seem meet
