Depont. is informed and believes bound together with two
Sureties in a Recognizance Condiconed sr the personal
appearance of him the sd. Jno. Philip Rone at the Sessions of
the peace holden in the Month of August 1730 for the
County of Middx at Hicks hall then & there to answer
the Complaint of Thos. Goodall< no role > for Stealing a Glass December
of the Value of ten pence the Goods of the sd. Thomas
Goodall
< no role > And this Depont. further Saith that the Sd. John
Philip
< no role > Rone departed this Life on or about the twenty
fifth day of May last past at his Brothers house in the
City of Dublin aforesd. And this Depont. Saith that he
the sd. Jno. Philip Rone so deceased as aforesd. was the
same person who Stood charged [..] the Sd. Felony
and bound to answer the Same as aforesd. as this Depont.
