Upon hearing of the appeale of the Churchwardns
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Ann
westminster in this County against an Order
under the hands & seales of Richard Gifford< no role > and
John Milner< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties Justices of the Peace
for the said County (Quorum Unus) bearing date the
second day of May instant whereby Susan Payne< no role > wife
of John Payne< no role > was removed from the Parish of St
Giles in the fields in this County to the said Parish of
St.Giles in the fields Ann westminster as the place of
the last legal settlement of the said Susan Payne< no role > ,
And upon hearing of what was alledged by Councell for
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of St Ann westminster This Court by consent
of Mr. Theed of Councell for the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Giles
in the fields Doth allow of the said appeale, And
doth Vacate & discharge the aforesaid Order of the sd
two Justices of the Peace and the same is hereby
vacated & discharged accordingly, And this Court
doth Order that the Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of St. Ann westminster doe forthwith remvove
& convey [..] the said Susan Payne< no role > from their said
parish to the said Parish of St. Giles in the fields and
deliver her to the Church wardens & Overseers of the
poor of the said Parish of St. Giles in the fields or one
