Enfield in the County of Middx ss & to the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Clement Danes with
out in the County aforesaid

Whereas Complaint hath been made by you the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Enfield unto us
whose Hands & Seals are hereunto set two of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace (Quorum unus) for the County aforesd that John
Horsman< no role > & Sarah< no role > his wife Larely intruded themselves into
your said Parish of Enfield there to inhabit as our Parishinoers
contrary to the Laws Relating to the Settlement of the Poor & are
there Likely to become Chargeable if not timely prevented &
whereas upon due Examination & Enquiry made into the Premises
upon Oath of the said John Horsman< no role > it appears unto us and we
accordingly Adjudge that the said John Horsman< no role > & Sarah his
wife are Likely to become Chargeable unto the said Parish of Enfields
and that the Last Legal Place of Settlement of the said John
Horsman< no role > & Sarah his wife was in the said Parish of St.
Clement Danes without in the County aforesaid

Minstson

These are therefore in his Majesties Name to Order and
Repair you the said further Gardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Enfield aforesd, that you, or some of you do forthwith
Remove & Convey the said John Horsman< no role > & Sarah< no role > his wife from
your said Parish of Enfield to the said Parish of St. Clement Danes
without & them Deliver to the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the Poor there, or some or one of them, together with this our
Warrant or Order or a true Copy hereof Whereby they are
Likewise requir'd in his Majesties Name, & by Virtue of the
Statutes in Such Case Made, forthwith to receive the said John
Horsman< no role > & Sarah his wife into their Said Parish of St. Clement
Danes without & Provide for them their as their own Parishoners
