Upon hearing of the appeale of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Mary
Le Bone in this County against and Order under
the hands & seales of John Milner< no role > & John Milner< no role >
Esqrs
Robert Midford< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties Justices
of the peace for the said County (Quorum unus)
bearing date the tenth day of September last
whereby Elizabeth Wilkinson< no role > aged about ten
yeares daughter of John Wilkinson< no role > & Elizabeth< no role >
his wife both deced was removed from the parish
of St. Giles in the fields in this County to the said
parish of St. Mary le Bone as the place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth Wilkinson< no role > ,
And upon hearing of what was alledged by Councell
for the Inhabitants of the said parish of St. Giles
in the fields and alsoe by Councell for the
Inhabitants of the said parish of St. Giles in the
fields
Mary le Bone This Court doth disallow of the said
appeale And doth ratify & confirm the aforesaid
Order of the said two Justices of the peace, and
the same is hereby ratifyed & confirmed
accordingly And this Court doth require the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of St. Mary le Bone to yeild due obedience
thereunto.
