Bee itt Knowne unto all men by these presents That I Thomas Stonor< no role > of Stonor in the County of
Oxon Esqr : have made appointed and in my Stead and place putt and these presents Do make appoint and in
my place and Stead putt Charles Boucher< no role > of St: George the Martyr in the County of Middx Gent and Thomas
Howse
< no role > of the Same Parish and County Gent and either of them my true and Lawfull Attorneys or Attorney joyntly
or Severally for me and in my place and Head on open Sessions to Inbscribe my Name to Such Registly or entry as
Shall be made of my name and reall Estate within the Said County of Middx and Libertyes of Westminster in
a Booke or Bookes Roll or Rolls kept in that behalfe by the Clerke of the Peace for the Same Libertyes or County
aforesaid and further to do whatsoever may be Necessary for duly Registring my Name and Estate aforesaid as
is required by an Act of Parliament made in the first Yeare of the Reigne of his late Majesty King George
the first (Entituled an Act to oblige Papists to Register their Names and Reall Estates and also any other
Act of Parliament for explaining the Said Act) as fully to all intents constructions and purposes
whatsoever as I the Said Thomas Stonor might or could Do the Same personally present And
whatsoever my Said Attorneyes or Attorney or either of them Shall Do in or about the premisses I the Said
Thomas Stonor do and Shall ratifie confirme and allow as if I in my owne person had Done the Same
In Wittnesse whereof I the Said Thomas Stonor have hereunto putt my hand and Seale this
Sixteenth day of October In the Fifth Yeare of the Reigne of one Sovereigne Lord George the
Second By the Grace of God of Great Brittaine France and Ireland King Defender of the faith Etc: and in
the yeare of one Lord God One Thousand Seven hundred and Thirty one
