The Constable of Wilsdon (we were
menconing yesterday) it seems was taken
up yesterday and carryed before Capt. Willson
who it seems has bound him over, which
by accident wll head of, Now tomorrow
being the last day of the sessions, it ye Capt
should return ye Recog and noo body appear
they may perhaps discharg him, which [..]
must not be for such a [..] without a
further prosecution therefore pray lett the
Court know Mr Tayler and I doe desire the
Recog may be continued tell next Session
