To the Worshipfull his Majties Justices of the peace for the
County of Middx in General Sessions al Hicks Hall assembled

The Humble petition & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the parish of Chiswick in the County of
Middx

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of John Mercer< no role > and Richard
Gifford
< no role > Esqrs . Two of his Majties Justices of the peace
for the said County of Middx (Quor Unus) bearing
Date the fifth Day of August Instant Susan Owen< no role >
Widow of James Owen< no role > and their two Children (vizt.)
Martha< no role > aged six Years and Steward Charles< no role > aged
Eighteen Months were removed from the parish of St. Giles
in the Fields in the said County of Middx to the said
parish of Chiswick whereby your petrs. conceive themselves
to be aggrieved

Therefore they Humbly appeal to your
Worships against the adjudgment of the said
two Justices and pray your Worships will
be pleased to Order that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St. Giles in the Fields and all persons
concerned do attend this Court some day
in this present Sessions to hear & abide
the Judgment and Determinacon of this
Court touching the said Appeal

And Your petitioners shall pray Etc
