Sheweth

That Yor. Petr. is Detain'd a prisoner in New Prison for
want of paying his Fees only which he is not in Anywise
able to pay and being entirely Destitute of Friends and
Money must suffer the Utmost Discuss Unless Yor. Worship
shall think fitt to Order his Discharge by Which means he
can be able to provide for himself

He therefore beggs Yor. Worships would take this his Deplorable
Case under your Consideration & grant him a Discharge
without paying his Fees.

And yor. Petr. as in Duty bound shall Ever Pray Etc
