The humble peticon of Mary Barber< no role > als
Ruffitt

That your peticoner stands Indicted upon the Comission of
Oyer and Terminer for the County of Middx aforesd. in May
or June Sessions last for keeping all Ill Governed and Disorderly
House and for Want of Bail was Comitted in Custody of the
Keeper of Clerkenwell Bridewell where she is now and hath
been about Sixteen Weeks Confined in a very Deplorable Condition

Wherefore your petitioner most humbly
prays your Worships Orball Order to the Keeper of
Bridewell aforesd. to bring your Petr: before your
Worships in Order to Appear and plead to the said
Indictment and that upon Notice given to the Prosecutor
that your Petr. might be at Liberty to Try the Travers
of the sd. Indictment upon Fryday next at the Sitting
of the Court

And your Petr: shall ever pray Etc
