Whereas William Henman< no role > of the parish of St.
Sepulchres in the County of Middx aforesaid Scrivener Maketh
Oath that James Waters< no role > of St. John Street in the parish aforesaid
is now in the County and has been for some time, and likewise
his Wife (both knowing nothing of the Peticon and Order
hereunto annexed) And further this Depon't says that the sd James
Waters
< no role > is above Seventy five years of age, and did some years
ago get off from serving Offices in the sd Pish of St. Sepulchres
by reason of his great Age and the sd Depont. doth beleive [..] yt.
he the sd James Waters< no role > is not in a Condicon to maintain
his daughter Rebecca Burncross< no role > a Widow And that this
depent. further says that there is now a Warrt. agst. the sd
Waters to seize his Goods for non payment of the Lamps
he not being in a good & Capacity dated this 1st. of May 1731
