The Humble Petition and Appeale of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Alban Woodstreet London

Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands and
Seals of Richard Browne< no role > and Jacob Harvey< no role >
Esqrs . Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said
County (Quorum Unus) bearing date the third day
of September last Ann Powell< no role > was removed
from the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate
in the said County to the said Parish of St. Alban
Woodstreet as the Place of her last legall
Settlement.

Your Petitioners thinking themselves
Aggreived by the Judgement of the
said Two Justices of the Peace
Appeale to this Court against the
Same and humbly Pray Your
Worships Will be Pleased to
Appoint a day to hear and [..]
