dept. husband did advance to one Mr. James Cox< no role > Several Summr
of money about twelve months ago in ye trying of an Indictment
against her & to withdraws his Depr. Recognizance and to take proper
Means to promer her discharge who on Receipt of ye. Last Summe
told this dept. yt all was done and over and this Dept. need not
give herself any Trouble about ye. Prosecurow and that the dept.
beleiveing the said Cox thought ye. Same to be true till yr. Deptr.
husband Reced Several Letters from Mr. Boulton that yr. Deptr.
husband being bound for the appearance of this Dept. who not
appearing his Recognizance was foreited and would be Estreated
into ye. exchequer from whome Execucon would proceed for twenty
pounds unless care was taken to Stop proceedings at the fe
prsent Sessions and this Dept. Saith yt. her none appearance was
occasioned by the Delusion and False pretences of the said James
Cox
< no role > and not out of any Contempt to this honble. Court but if
Examinor should proceed against this Dept. husband yt.it
will prove ye. utter Riune of this dept. and her Family
