George Bowden< no role > of the parish of Chelsea in the County of
Middx Victualler Maketh Oath that he this Dept
did at the last Generall Sessions of the peace held
for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St John
street then & there personall did appear on a
Recognizance in which this Dept was then bound to
appear to & did there pay to the Cryer (whose name
as this Dept is informed is named Daniel) the Sume
of two shillings & eight or some such Sume which this
Dept did then se delivered over the Table to the
Clerk who this Dept is informed Tame [..] Willkinson) & this
Dept further maketh Oath as this Dept was
goeing out of Court was called back again by the
Cryer to pay two shillings & four pence more
because this Dept had not paid the Justices Clerk
[..] this Depts being boundever which
this Dept did according pay to the sd Cryer
