Sr.

I desire you will take with you to the Sessions this morning the two
Indictmts. found last Michaelmas Sessions agt. the Inhabitants of Acton
for not repairing their high ways as also the Recognizances of Andw
Witt
< no role > and Thomas Franklin< no role > togiven to try the sd. Indictmts. (which have
been respeited till this Sessions) in order that the same Indictmts. may
be discharged and the Recognizances vacated the Roads being
viewed and Certifyed to be well and sufficiently repaired. you'l please
to favour me with a Line what the Expences will be and whether it's
necessary to give the prosecutor any and what notice of the discharging
these Indictmts. and if its necessary to give Notice whether Notice to
Mr. Roclfe who is concerned for the prosecutor will not be sufficient
uvtice and what will be a proper time to come to ye Sessions.
