The Sheriffe of Middx Certifies that Joseph Woollam< no role > now
a Prisoner in Newgate was brought thither on the fifth day
of July Anno Dui 1728 by John Huggins< no role > Esqr. late Warden
of the Fleet Prison and delivered into the Custody of Sr. John
Grosvenor< no role > Knt . and Sr. Thomas Lombe< no role > Knt. late Sheriffe
of the County of Middx by vertue of his Majesties writt of
Heas Corpus cum cause to the said John Huggins< no role > directed
and that it appears by the said Heas Corpus and return
thereof that the said Joseph Woollam< no role > was on the fifth day
of March Anno Dui 1725 committed to the Custody of the
said Warden by Robert Dormer< no role > Esqr. late one of the
Judges of his Majesties Court of Comon Pleas upon the
return of a Heas Corpus directed to the Mayor Aldermen
and Sheriffs of London and stands charged with the Process
following vizt. An Attachmt. retornable before his
Majesty in his High Court of Chancery at the Suite of
Thomas Charlesworth< no role > for non paymt. of Thirty two
pounds Six Shillings andSix Pencetenn pence
