The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church,
Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St.
Dunstans in the West London

Sheweth

That by Vertue of an Order under the Hands & Seals of John
Mercer< no role > and Richd Gifford< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the said County of Middx (Quorum unus) bearing date
the Twelfth day of this instant August Anne Lewis< no role > Singlewoman ,
was Removed from the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the said
County of Middx to the said Parish of St. Dunstans in the West London
as the place of her last Legall Settlement

That your Petrs. think themselves Aggrieved by the
said Order of Removall & do appeal to this Court against
the same,

the Hearing & determining the Appeal of your Petrs
