To the Rt. Worspl his Maties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx Assembled at
their Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace now
holden for the said County at Hicks hall

The Humble Petition of Owen Jones< no role > Constable
of the parish of Uxbridge in the said County for
the Year 1728.

Sheweth,


That your said Peticoner in his has Office
Disbursed divers and Sundry Sums of Money, for
Passing and Relieving of Vagrants, Amounting in
the whole to the Sum of Seven Pounds and three
Shillings, as may appear by a Certificate, under
the hands and Seals of Sr. George Cooke< no role > , Knt ; and
Robert Vyner< no role > , and James Rogers< no role > , Esqrs :, three
of his Maties Justices of the peace for the said
County, bearing Date the 29th Day of May, And
Dni 1729: which said Sum, your said Peticonr.
is out of Pockett

Your Petitioner therefore most humbly
Prays this Court, that the said Sums may
be Ordered to be paid and Reimbursed
to your Petitioner, as to your Widows
Shall Seem Meet.
