That Your Peticonr: was by Indenture of apprenticeship
bearing Date the Seventh Day of February last bound apprentice
to Serve the Said Thos. Priduax< no role > for the Space of Two Years
During which Space Your Peticonr. has been frequently Bent
& very much misused & not been Supplied with Sufficent
Necessary's

Your Peticonr. therefore most humbly
pray that your Worsps would be pleased
to Order that She may be wholy
Discharged from her apprenticehood
or Such other Releif in the Premises
as to your Worsps Shall Seem meet

And your Peticonr. Shall Ever Pray Etc
