To the Rt: Worshipl: his Majestyes Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx at their Genoral Sessions of
the peace assembled:

Humbly Sheweth


That Yor: Peticoner in or about the Month of October
1728. took into her Service One Sarah Lycence< no role > a poor
Girl of the parish of St. Martins in the Fields in the
County of Middx who was then turned over to See from
Anne wick< no role > to serve the remainder of her apprenticeship
with her, but the Indenture & assignmt. of [..] to your
peticoner is since lost or mislaid

That since that time her said apprentice has
several times absconded from her Service the last time
for near seven Months, & pisred from her
Sundry goods & never Comes home again [..] into her
Service until she is almost Naked

She therefore most humbly prayes this Honble
Court that the [..]
any further Care. of the said apprentice for
that there is not fill to be Intrusted N: her
Hosue or such other Relief as to yor:
Worshipps shall seem meet

And yr. Peticoner as a Duty bound Shall ever Pray Etc
