in Sessions assembled at Hicks Hall in St.
John Street in & for the County of Middx

The humble Peticon of Robt. Nunt< no role > now a prisoner in Bridewell
at Clerkenwell the sd. County

Humbly Sheweth


That Your Petr. was born in the parish of St. Andrews Holborn
where he is now a Parishoner but having Served the Governmt. as a Sailor in Sevll.
of hisShip's of Warr Severall years and being by reason of his Old Age ye [..]
& other infirmities rendered incapable of working whereby to maintain
his Wife & two Small children who are likewise unable of doeing any thing
for to get their liveing therefore Yor Petrs sd family were oblidged to
become chargable to the sd. parish

That Yor. Petr. was on Sunday last taken by Some of the Pish
officer who carryd yor. Petr. before the worshipfull Anthony wroth< no role >
Esqr who comitted yor. Petr. to Bridewell afsd.for want of
Sure his
and Ordered him to be kept to hard labour

That yor. Petr. has no friends from whom he can have any releife
either for Security or for any Support in his confinemt. and therefore
must inevitably perish unless releived by yor. Worships

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly
prays yor. Worships the premes consider
to Order yor. Petr Such releife herein as to
yor. Worship shall seem meet

And yor. Petr. as in duty bound shall
ever pray Etc
