of the Peace for the County of Middx

The humble peticon & Appeal of the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the parish of St. Peter [..] Poor London

Sheweth.


That by vertue of an Order dated the 4th. day of April 1730 Under the
hands & Seals of Wm Young< no role > & Jacob Delamot< no role > Esqrs .
two of his Maties. Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
(Quorum Unus)By which said Orderone Mary Brown< no role > aged abt.
forty years (Widow of Saml. Brown< no role > deced ) [..] John< no role > her Son aged
about three years were passed from the parish of St. Ann Westmr.
in the County of Middx to the said parish of St. Peterle Poor
London as the place of their last legall Setlement

That the said Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
parish of St. Peter le Poor humbly conceive themselves agrieved
by the said Order & therefore Appeal to this Honoble. Court agt.
the same,

[..] Agent & sollr
for the Appellants

And humbly pray this Honoble. Court to
appoint a day for hearing the said
Appeal agst. the said Order at the
next genall Sestions of the peace to be held
for the County

And Yor. Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
