I am Satisfyed in the deternacon you have
made concerning my Lre to that impertinent Fellow Venner,
indeed when I wrote it my blood was in a feaver and principally,
upon the account of Mr. Higgs, who had been treated by him in
that rude and unmannerly way hee was, and as no man
that beares the Character of a Gentleman would have donne

My business in these parts will not admit of my returne
to London till th: 8th day of the next Month, and then I feare it will
bee too Late to deliver in the Estreates in my owne person, and
therefore I desire you to take care about it and doe it yourselfe
as my Deputy. With my service to all the Gentlemen of the
Offi [..] I am Sr.
