maketh Oath that he this Dept.
enquired for one Mr. Tinny who he
is Informed is Attorny or Agent for the
prosecutor in this Cause but could not find
where he Lodged but repaired to the Grey
hound Ale house in Peters Street near Clare
Markett where he was Informed the Sd.
Tinny often resorted & left with Mr. Carly
the Man of the house a Copy of the Annexd
Notice & he primised to deliver the same
to Sd. Tinny which was delivered the 17th
Inst. he further deposeth [..] that he day
not know where the psecutor in this Court
lives or may be found
