last, is a Materiall Witness against one John Barrows< no role >
& one John Jenkins< no role > , who were bound over by Reginald
Marriott
< no role > Esqr . about the thirty first of August last for
robbing of his Lordships Gardens at Parsons Green of the
Fruit growing there as Depont. is Informed & verily beleives
And this Depont further maketh Oath That this morning
he this Depont. went to the Room or Lodgings of the said
Joseph Boughton< no role > , when he found the said Joseph
Boughton
< no role > so very ill of a Feavour in his Bedd, that the
said Joseph Boughton< no role > could not well gett out thereof
And this Depont. verily beleives the Said Joseph Boughton< no role >
would Endanger his Life, if he was to comes to Hicks's
hall for to give Evidence against the Said John Barrows
& John Jenkins< no role > for the offence aforesaid
