Upon reading the humble Peticon & appeale
of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of Lewisham in the County of
kent exhibited unto this Court Setting forth
that by warrant or Order dated the eleventh
day of August last under the hands & seales of

his Maties. Justices of the peace for the County
of Middx and City & Liberty of Westmr. (Quop
ununs) Anna Stears< no role > Single woman was
removed from the parish of St. Margt and
of Westmr in the said County of Middx [..]
said parish of Lewisham as the place of the
last legall Settlemt. of the said Anna Stears< no role > ,
And that the Petrs. conceive themselves aggreive
by the said Order of the said Two Justices, and
appeale against the same, whereupon at the
