the name of the said sr . John Gonson< no role > was
incerted in the said Gazett as aforesaid
without the dierccon of the Court, And the
said sr . John Gonson< no role > hath by a letter under
his hand declared That he never desired
of any [..] Body that his name night be
inserted in the Gazett of the first of August
as one of the Justices who presented the said
Address to his Maties and whosoever Caused his
name to be printed upon this Occasion did it
without his knowledge or consent.

This Court the said debute die unanimously express & declars the high
Resenturt. of the said Proceeding and doth look upon the same and the
Manner of doing it (which was by a Marginell addition of the name of
the said sr John Gonson< no role > is a seigned handwriting or the back of the said
address) as an high Indignity andafront to this this Court & to [..]

And to the order that this declaration & Resoluss be en [..]

DoeDoth nor think fitt to proceedany furtheror inquire any farther into this
affaire
