The Humble Peticon & appeale of the Over Seers
of the poor of the Precint of White Fryers in
the City of London

Sheweth

That by Vertue of a Warrant under the hands & seales of [..]
of his Matys Justices of the Peace within the said County
of middx (Quor Unus) bearing Date the 17th Day of novr
last whereby Alice Hall< no role > Widdow & her s Children Viz Elizabeth< no role >
aged about 18 Years Rebecca< no role > aged about 16 Years of
Temperance< no role > aged about 10 Years were sent of removed
from the parish of st James Clerkenwell in the said
County of Middx unto the Reciect of white Tryers in
the City of London Allead geing Yor Petrs said Precinct of
white Fryers to be their last Legall settlement

Whereofre your Peticoners humbly conceiving
themeselves aggreived by the Judgment of the said
Two Justices Do Appeale to Yor Worships thereon
& humbly Pray they may be he ard is the Prmes
and that the Churchwardens of overseers of
the Poor of the sd Parish of St James Clerkenwell
May appear before iron to hear the Judgment
of Determinacon of Your Worshipp touching
this appeale of Abide by the order of
this Court therein

And your Peticoners Shall ever pray
