Upon heareing of the appeale of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch in this County against an Order
under the hands & Seales of Henry Lord
Colerane & James Brain< no role > Esqr . two of his
Maties Justices of hisMaties. Justices of the peace
(Quorum unus) for the County aforesaid
beareing date the fifteenth day of November
last whereby William Browne< no role > Ann< no role > his wife
and two children (vizt.) Thomas< no role > aged about two
yeares & John< no role > one yeare were removed from
the parish of Tottenham high cross in this
County to the said parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch
as the last legall place of settlemt. of the said
William Browne< no role > , And, upon heareing of
what was alledged by Councell for the
Inhabitants of the said parish of Tottenham
high Cross & alsoe by Councell for the Inhitants
of the said parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch
This Court doth allow of the sd. appeale,
And doth vacate & discharge the aforesaid
Order of the said two Justices of the peace, and
