To the Rt. Worshipl. his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx in their Generall
Sessions Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Andrew Holborn above the Barrs
in the said County of Middx

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seales of William Ellis< no role > and Jo: Colbatch< no role >
Esqrs . two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
said County of Middx & (Quorum Unus) bearing Date
the Fifteenth Day of September 1727 One Ann
Mooney
< no role > the wife of Peter Mooney< no role > and her two
Children Mary< no role > aged four Years and upwards and
Eleanor< no role > Aged three Years were removed from the
Parish of St. Mary le Strand in the Liberty of
Westmr . to the said Parish of St. Andrew Holborn
above the Barrs as the place of their last legall Settlement

Whereby Your Peticoners Humbly Conceive
themselves agrieved

Therefore they humbly Appeale to your
Worships against the Judgment of the said two
Justices And Pray your Worships will be pleased
to Appoint some Day this Present Sessions to
hear and Determine the Matter touching the
said Appeale
